	'We want to thank you for enabling our anniversary barn dance to be such a success. It was a bit of a risk, not like the parish barn dance where people come because they want to dance, knowing that the ages ranged from 3 to 88 years. However your gentle cajouling persuaded all those capable of dancing to have a go, even my nephew & 15 year old step-grandson! (much to their parent's amazement). Thank you also for being so patient & kind to our grandchildren who had been so looking forward to the evening and who all loved every moment of it... So we have the three of you (Pete & Sue Hall provided the music) to thank for making it such an enjoyable evening, when we could enjoy being with many friends from the various eras of our lives. What also helped the evening to run smoothly was your flexibility as to what happened when! We have heard lots of appreciative comments from our guests regarding your skills as a 'caller'. 	'We always enjoy the evenings when you call for us at Eastleigh Folk Dance Club, but yesterday you really excelled yourself. The choice of dances & the way in which you called them was exactly what we wanted. 	'The caller for the 2008 dance week will again be John Turner who provided a truly excellent week of dance for us here in 2007. He was recommended by many who had been to previous dance weeks as an individual who would be very suited to the nature of this dance week in France. He certainly made the week extremely enjoyable with his bright, easy going style, his laughter, his fun dances and his wonderful ability to be able to cater well for a range of dancing abilities, including for those who had little experience.
